All information is held in strict confidence and your name will never be revealed unless directed by you to do so.
The referral fee will be $300 - $750 per qualified candidate and $500 - $1000 per qualified client, depending on the position and placement of qualified referrals.
A qualified referral is defined as:
1.
An individual who you have recommended to us that we successfully place.
2.
A position within a company, which you alert us to that, we successfully fill.
Referral Programs qualification:

Your referral is placed for the Search or Profile for which you submitted the referral
·
Your referral leads to the successful recruitment for a Current Opening within a referred Company.
·
Your referral stays at the position within the warranty period (usually 90 – 120 days)
